State final attestation is a form of assessment of the degree and level of assimilation of the educational program by aspirants.
A postgraduate student who has no academic debt and has fully completed the curriculum for the relevant educational program is allowed to have the state final attestation.
Successful completion of the SFA is the basis for issuing a graduate student a document on higher education and qualification of the sample established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation - for training programs for scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate department.
